HomeDirect scheduled a delivery to my home (even though it was only a porch delivery) I waited all day on a Saturday and they no showed.Sorry, would deliver the next week.

No show again. Then scheduled the following week for a 9am-1pm time slot, but no show and no call. Rescheduled for today and again I waited by the door from 9 am to 5:30 pm with no show and no call. Customer service is rude and the entire process is horrible.

I will never use a company that contracts with Home Direct.I hope this comment gets notice and others refuse to use this terrible company!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. askip13 stated that there is a room for improvement of bad delivery service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of delivery schedule. Home Direct USA needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
